Rachel Turner is at the Department of International Development (DFID), where she heads up the International Division Advisory Team, which works on issues of effectiveness, governance and structure across the multilateral system. She also works closely on the International Finance Facility with the Her Majesty’s Treasury team. She was closely involved with the production of the UK Government's last White Paper on Globalisation. She has lived and worked in Africa as well as working on DFID's programmes in Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet Union.
